Taken from speech made by Benedict Feist Captain Officer Commanding 3071 N Sask R RCACC

The Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation has continued this partnership with an additional grant in the 2011-2012 training year to further improve and enrich the experience we provide to our cadets here at Alpha Company on Monday nights, and at Pleasant Hill School’s Bravo Company on Wednesday nights. The financial support that has been provided to our corps by the Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation has been integral to the training we run here at the corps and directly supports the Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation’s goals of improving quality of life for targeted segments of the population as well as investing into youth within the Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation’s catchment area. The total financial support Saskatoon N Sask R Army Cadets has received from the Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation totals just over thirty thousand dollars over the past five years. We are honored to be partners with this organization, and are very grateful to Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation for their ongoing support and belief in our mission here at Saskatoon N Sask R Army Cadets.

Muskoday First Nation Community Church

Community members of the Muskoday First Nation are extremely proud of their beautiful, new community church, complete with a kitchen, a Sunday school room and wheel chair accessibility.  Countless hours of labor were put in by residents to have the church ready in time for the special church services celebrated throughout the Christmas holidays.
